Day 1 Plan

Day 1:

Spark and Catalyst

Exercise:
Can You 24 Melt 1
(You can do your workout at anytime.)


Fiber Drink

Breakfast:
Ranchero Frittata - Minus the cheese

Go to Work :(

Snack 1:
Apple and Almond Butter

Spark and Catalyst
(If you didn't order extra SPARK you only have enough for one a day. I have extra if you need)

Lunch:
Zesty Tuna
1 can low sodium, white meat tuna (in water), rinsed and drained
½ an avocado
Freshly squeezed lemon juice to taste
Pepper
Freshly torn basil leaves
Mix all ingredients as desired. Eat as is, or serve on 1 slice of 100% Whole Wheat Bread, or serve over a salad. (24 Day Challenge Recipe Collection)
~We will have the Tuna over Spinach


Snack 2:
Cucumber and Hummus
Add pepper to taste

Dinner:

OmegaPlex

Grilled Salmon, Asparagus and Black BeansSalmon on the Foreman Grill with lemon and pepper
Asparagus seasoned with no salt seasoning and baked.
